A 25-year veteran of Litchfield Bancorp with decades of experience in community banking, Leslie Black oversees the bank’s accounting, budgeting, and asset/liability management work, with additional responsibility for corporate investing and wholesale funding.
Hired in 1991 as the bank’s Controller and Treasurer, she was promoted that same year to Assistant Vice President and then in 1994 to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
In 1998, Leslie graduated from Fairfield University’s National School of Banking and was promoted to Senior Vice President. She is also a graduate of the National Credit Union Management School and Charter Oak State College.
A member of several Litchfield Bancorp senior management committees, Leslie also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Connecticut Mutual Holding Company, the parent holding company of Litchfield Bancorp, Northwest Community Bank, and the Collinsville Savings Society, which formed in 2001.
