Nate joined the bank in August 2011 as a Network Administrator in the Information Technology Department and was promoted VP & Chief Information Officer in 2018. Nate has done an outstanding job managing one of our biggest risks of IT Security. It is an ever-evolving risk that requires very specialized oversight and Nate has demonstrated the proven ability to carry out these responsibilities with great success. In addition, his oversight of quickly deploying back office staff to remotely working from home during the pandemic was seamless and allowed the bank to maintain operations with absolutely no interruptions. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated and well-respected individual leading the IT effort for our team.
