Now, you have the ability to record future debits and credits online.

TRANSACTION REGISTER FEATURE

Allows you to record future debits and credits to their account. This will help to confirm when certain transactions are processed as well as to have a more accurate view on what transactions will occur on an account. In addition, it further helps to keep all records in one place without needing to use a checkbook or other means to record future expected transactions.

DESKTOP

The “Transaction Register” is accessed from clicking on UserID (top right of the screen) -> Service Center -> Transaction Register.

MOBILE

The “Transaction Register” is accessed by tapping the user icon (top right of the screen), then scrolling down to Service Center -> Transaction Register.

GETTING STARTED

TRANSACTION REGISTER ENROLLMENT

When you click on “Transaction Register” for the first time, a prompt will appear asking you to enroll.

TRANSACTION REGISTER LIST

Once you are enrolled, you are taken into the Transaction Register List. From here, you are able to add your first entry.

ADDING A NEW ENTRY

Once you click the button, you will select the account associated with your new entry. In addition, you will select the date and enter the amount of the entry. Each entry can be marked as either a withdrawal or a deposit to the account. When you are done, click the “Add Entry” button to confirm the transaction.

EDIT AN ENTRY

To edit an entry, click on the grey pencil icon next to the entry you wish to edit. Please note, that the account selected for the transaction cannot be changed. If you added an entry to the wrong account, we recommend deleting the entry entirely and repeat the entry using the correct account.

DELETE AN ENTRY

To delete an entry, click on the red trash can icon. A prompt will ask the user to confirm deletion.

Now, when you view your account balance, you will also see the Transaction Register balance within your Account Details. Clicking on “Transaction Register” within the Account Details will bring you to the Transaction Register List (or enrollment if you haven't already done so).
